About

Phil’s background is in Social Work, and he has worked with young people and students in multiple positions across his career. His experience has ranged from being a Mentoring Coordinator for a youth mentoring charity, school counselling on multiple continents, and being an Adolescent Social Worker in South Kent. Phil completed his Bachelor of Social Work in Victoria Canada, and after that moved to Canterbury in 2019, joining KMMS in January 2024. He is Canadian, but since moving here in 2019 has enjoyed incorporating the British pastimes of pub quizzes, beans on toast & sarcasm.
