Kent boasts its own theatre and cinema (The Gulbenkian) and Canterbury also offers a host of shops, cafes, bars, nightclubs, theatres, and all you might expect from a small but vibrant city.  

Canterbury is also surrounded by beautiful countryside, woods, and beaches that are only 8 miles away. 

All this is under an hour away by train from London.
