If you would like to make a formal complaint, you can do so through the formal complaints procedure. This is managed by the University of Kent Student Conduct and Complaints Office.

Complaints about a KMMS staff member
If your complaint relates to staff misconduct, this must be submitted through the formal complaints procedure so that we can respond quickly. Please also note the Report and Support service.

This may include securely sharing it with the Investigating Officer and/or the appropriate University’s Insurance Officer.
