Karl Grice

About

After graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in psychology, Karl worked for a local mental health and substance misuse charity, KCA. Where his responsibilities centred around monitoring and evaluation and included data, quality, systems and performance management.

He worked for a national charity, Addaction, where he was responsible for organisational performance and planning as well as maintaining information governance standards. Before joining KMMS in September 2019, Karl was the Contract Manager for Addaction’s mental health services across Kent and Medway. During this time, he was responsible for contract performance and compliance with national and local standards, implementing service design and delivery changes and had oversight of the operational management.

Having worked in health-related services for over a decade, Karl came to KMMS keen to use his quality improvement skills to support the KMMS vision for developing innovative and person-centred care in the local region.
