Laura joined KMMS in July 2023 as Project and Operations Officer within the KMMS Operations Team. Prior to joining KMMS, she worked as Administration Officer for the Institute of Cyber Security for Society (iCSS) at University of Kent. She has a background in operations management and customer support in public education and industry.
