Richard was one of Britain’s leading endocrine consultant surgeons, working at Kent and Canterbury Hospital for over 30 years prior to his retirement. A former Senior Vice-President of the Royal College of Surgeons, Richard was also Chairman of the Intercollegiate Examination Board in General Surgery to the universities of Oxford and the West Indies. Richard is currently serving Chairman of Kent Ambassadors, a group of high profile individuals who work together to help all aspects of the life of Kent.
