About

Stephanie joined KMMS as Medical School Manager in March 2019 and is extremely proud to lead and motivate a team of well qualified, highly committed professional service colleagues in setting up the region’s first Medical School.

She has several years of experience in university administration and operations, European student recruitment and partnership development gained at King’s College London and the University of Kent.

She was also a Faculty Lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at King’s College London. Before this, Stephanie enjoyed working closely with her customers when she was a European Sales Manager for publisher Cambridge University Press.

Stephanie loves to travel and is passionate about being able to communicate well with anyone and everyone so that nobody feels excluded. She has degree in French from the University of Leeds and has lived and worked in Belgium, France and New Zealand.

Stephanie’s work involves managing the professional services team, being part of the Senior Leadership Team, managing KMMS resources (people, money and spaces), planning for the set-up and ongoing operation of KMMS, overseeing the Joint Service Delivery Teams for all operational matters, engaging with senior colleagues at both universities, representing KMMS at the Joint Management Board, ensuring KMMS delivers an excellent student and staff experience.

She enjoys the KMMS start up environment and feels she was well prepared for this having spent two years working and living in Northern Ghana, working with a start-up social purpose enterprise and women’s groups to help alleviate poverty in that region.

Stephanie is excited about meeting and getting to know the pioneering cohort of KMMS students!
