If you are interested in medicine as a career and you are looking to start university in September 2020, come to our Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS) Open Day on Saturday 6 April. It’s a fantastic opportunity to find out more about our innovative Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BM BS) degree and KMMS, a joint collaboration between Canterbury Christ Church University and the University of Kent.

About the course
The course has been developed with experts from our parent institution, Brighton and Sussex Medical School and focuses on commitment to quality of care and improving lives. You’ll be taught by specialist teachers, skilled in a range of specialisms including psychiatry, acute care, stroke care and general practice. Right from the start, you’ll be meeting patients by working in the community and in hospitals on placements, gaining vital hands-on experience and developing clinical skills.
What will I see on the day?
You’ll be able to find out more about the course and the medical school. The day will include presentations, campus and accommodation tours, and the opportunity to meet students.
